Annual General Meeting

We hold an Annual General Meeting in February of each year, where current members step down and a new committee is elected by nomination.

All parents become members of the Association on enrolment.

Association membership allows you to support the strength of the preschool in a number of ways:

Payment of your association fee ($5.50 per year)
Completion of your association membership application form on enrolment
Attend the AGM, nominate for a Committee position, and/or attend regular monthly general meetings.
Stay in touch with preschool projects and management, and have your say in future plans and policy development.

The management of our community preschool relies heavily on members of our community volunteering their time to support us.

We expect that all families will contribute in some way over the year.
